DMCA Policy

1. Our commitment

Hashtags Technology respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that content available on hashtagstech.com infringes a copyright that you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised representative.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that is allegedly infringed.
  3. The URL or sufficient information to allow us to locate the allegedly infringing material on our site.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including (a) your signature, (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and (d) your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages.
